My first attempt at making "sushi" or whatever you'd call rolled up vegetables. A student explained to me how to do it. It came out OK, but a little messy.

lol whowwww u must like alot of wasabe on ur rolls. damn that top one in the pic could boil the nose hairs off a chargin rino. But out side of that looks good. sometiimies its best to mix the wasabe in with ur soy sauce intead of applying it to the roll, then u get to flavor it to taste. michael dailey
I have that same Wasabi! Wasabi FTW. I thought I´d like Sushi, but the only thing I like about it is the soy-sauce drenched rice with lots of Wasabi that makes my head itch. I don´t really like fish and I HATE seaweed (or how that is called).
Yeah, I just made it because I was craving wasabi. I dont like fish, either. That's a "California Roll" up there... I think that's what the Japanese call it.
I heard from my friend in Japan, he works at Daiichi Fine Chemicals in Tsekuba. He says that they are only reviewing fluent bi-lingual people. He says "I would suggest Nova, but they are in difficulty". He wishes Stella-san's friend the best luck and suggests Korea. Oh well...

what if the japanese did call it a california roll. that'd be funny.
i hate sushi, but those things up there look pretty good. minus the seaweed wrap, which is what i hate about sushi.

Sushi looks yummy, but your hair looks even better. Who would have thought that bottled colourants could look that good!
